Suspects sought after double shooting in NE Calgary last summer

Police are asking for help identifying two suspects involved in a double shooting in northeast Calgary last summer.
Calgary police say the shooting occurred on Aug. 8, 2025, when two men were getting out of a vehicle outside a home on Tarawood Grove NE in the community of Taradale.
Investigators say a newer‑model black truck pulled up as the men were exiting their vehicle. Two people got out of the truck and opened fire, striking both victims before fleeing the scene.
The victims were rushed to hospital in life‑threatening condition. Police say both have since been upgraded to stable and continue to recover.
After months of investigation, officers have been unable to identify the shooters and are now turning to the public for help.
The first suspect is described as a man with a medium build wearing a dark‑coloured hooded sweatshirt. The second suspect is described as a woman with a slim build, also wearing a dark‑coloured hooded sweatshirt.
