Environment Canada ends snowfall warning for Calgary

A snowfall warning issued for Calgary by Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) Tuesday morning has ended.

An alert warning of heavy bands of snow moving through the area dropping localized amounts of five to 10 centimetres was issued around 9 a.m.

The weather agency ended the alert shortly after noon.
