Here’s a list of all the new foods, drinks, and desserts coming to the 2026 Calgary Stampede midway

Do you prefer trendy, savoury, or downright weird? The Calgary Stampede is out with 68 new food items that you can expect to see during the 10-day event this July. Jillian Code reports.

It’s hard to believe that there is just 50 days left until the kickoff of the 2026 Calgary Stampede.

To add to the anticipation, the Stampede released its midway foods list Thursday, filled with unique twists on classics and some dishes that are downright strange.

Here’s what your tastebuds have to look forward to.

The Cheesy Saddle Slice

A gooey cheese slice dipped in corn dog batter, dusted with Cheetos seasoning and deep-fried to golden perfection. Choose from classic, creamy garlic and pickle, or creamy garlic and pepperoni.

All stuffed and sealed inside a Doritos and cheese-crusted bun.
