The Rogers Charity Classic in Calgary is getting a Blue Jays makeover this summer.
The 16th hole at Canyon Meadows Golf and Country Club is set to transform into a full ballpark‑style fan zone during the tournament that runs Aug. 21 to 23.
The new ballpark experience marks the Blue Jays’ 50th season and will bring Rogers Centre elements to Calgary, including roaming snack vendors, a DJ, live organ music, player walk‑up songs, and meet‑and‑greets with former Blue Jays. Rogers customers will also have access to a dedicated premium viewing area beside the hole.
“As proud owners of Canada’s Team, we’re thrilled to bring the spirit of Blue Jays baseball to Calgary and create a truly memorable experience for fans at the Rogers Charity Classic,” said Terrie Tweddle, Chief Brand and Communications Officer, Rogers. “This immersive experience not only celebrates the Blue Jays’ 50th season, but will also help drive meaningful impact for families in Alberta.”
The experience doubles as a fundraiser with every birdie scored on the par 3 16th triggering a $1,000 donation from Rogers to the Jays Care Foundation, supporting youth programs across Alberta.
The PGA TOUR Champions event brings top players to Calgary each year to compete for US$2.5 million in a three‑round tournament. The tournament has raised more than $164 million for youth‑focused charities since its inception.
Tickets are now available for the 2026 Rogers Charity Classic.

Rogers confirmed Monday it is contributing another $1 million donation to children’s charities across Alberta through the tournament’s fundraising program.

“Year after year, Rogers Charity Classic delivers an extraordinary impact for communities, families and children across Alberta,” said Tony Staffieri, President and CEO, Rogers. “We’re proud to work with the Patron Group and other stakeholders to help bring this iconic local event to life, and to continue championing the important work of children’s charities throughout the province.”
Donations made to participating charities will be matched by up to 50 per cent through August 2026.
