New treats coming to Stampede Midway

Stampede food fans, start salivating!
The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth has released the list of some of the new gastronomic treats that will be served up on the Midway this year.
Fryers will be working overtime, with people young and old lining up to chow down not only on those little donuts, but also on the artery clogging deep-fried Pop Tart.
Also new this year is the “Donut Burger;” a burger with a glazed donut as the bun.
The “Colossal Onion” is also a new menu item, which is an onion cut to look like a flower. After it’s breaded, it’s put in the deep fryer.
Food on a stick items include pork chops, Belgian waffles and mac and cheese pizza.
Poutine lovers will rejoice with ten different flavours being served up.
Those looking for fancy can try the Turkeytini: turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce served up in a martini glass.
