Free admission to all National Parks on Saturday

Saturday is Parks Day and that means admission is free to all National Parks across Canada.
Omar McDadi with Parks Canada tells 660News many parks in the area have events going on all day.
“We’ve got a lot of stuff going on in Banff, Yoho and Kooteney National Parks. In Lake Louise in particular there’s going to be a really neat demonstration of visitor safety rescue. Folks are going to get to see one of our visitor safety specialists with more than 20 years of experience, rescue somebody from the water, says McDadi.
He adds, kids ages 6 – 11 years-old can take part in the new “Xplorer Program.”
