Paul Dewar reveals intentions for NDP leadership

Another horse has entered the leadership race for the federal New Democrats.
Foreign affairs critic Paul Dewar announced today that he’s running to replace the late Jack Layton.
Dewar is the fourth candidate to jump into the race.
British Columbia M-P Nathan Cullen threw his hat into the ring on Friday, billing himself as an anti-establishment contender.
Dewar was first elected to the House of Commons in 2006.
Brian Topp, a longtime backroom strategist and key architect of the party’s electoral successes, is seen as the frontrunner to this point in the race.
