Enterprising Calgarians looking to turn-a-buck by renting-out parking space on their property may want to think twice.
Though it’s not commonly known, it is possible for the city to fine property owners up to $3-thousand for renting parking space in residential areas.
However, the Calgary Herald reports, fines are usually only leveled against a home owner if they continue to disobey the rules after complaints are filed that they are “disrupting the neighbourhood.”
