In her High River riding, Danielle Smith joked that she voted strategically. The Wildrose leader was also met by silent protester, Brigette DePape. She’s the page who disrupted the federal throne speech last year with her “Stop Harper” sign.
Dressed in a page costume with white gloves, she stood in front of Smith holding a sign that read “Stop Harper’s Gang.”
The NDP’s Brian Mason voted in his Edmonton riding and on Monday night, will be surrounded by his sons and supporters, watching the results roll in.
The Liberal’s Raj Sherman cast his ballot at the City Arts Centre in Edmonton, wearing his cowboy boots and Liberal red shirt.
