Year round public school kids are back in class

Some will be happier than others Tuesday as thousands of kids head back to school.
The books are back out for students enrolled in the Calgary Board of Education’s modified calendar.
These students will be getting the same amount of time off as the kids on a regular calendar, but it’s just more spread out.
Catholic kids on the year around track went back to school on August 3rd.
With many back in class, it’s a reminder to drivers to keep an extra eye out on the roads around schools.
