RCMP investigate the death of a man found in medical distress

A 40-year-old southern Alberta man dies in a Lethbridge hospital early Saturday morning.
The Blood Tribe Police Service and EMS responded to a call about a man in medical distress at a residence in Standoff, Alberta located on Hwy. 2, 43 kilometres southwest of Lethbridge.
Once crews arrived on scene, they found the man had been exposed to extreme weather conditions, for an unknown amount of time.
The man was transported to Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge, where he later died.
There are no other details at this time, investigators are still trying to determine what happened.
