Body found in abandoned trailer last month identified

CALGARY – Police have identified a body that was found in an abandoned trailer east of Calgary last month.

The body of 40-year-old Myra Dela Cruz Paule was found on Sept. 30.

RCMP originally got a call about an abandoned utility trailer at township road 252 and range road 283, and when a tow truck arrived to move it away, the remains were discovered inside.

The trailer is homemade and had camouflage paint.

An autopsy has also been completed, and the circumstances of Paule’s death are considered to be suspicious.

Police are asking anyone with information about that trailer and where it was between Sept. 26 and 27 to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
