Calgary police are seeking suspects for an alleged arson of a stolen vehicle near the Calgary International Airport in early March.
Officers say a vehicle, a 2002 Chevrolet Astro van, was set on fire in the parking lot of the Courtyard Marriot hotel on Barlow Trail and 48 Avenue NE before 1:00 a.m. on March 2.
As police and the Calgary firefighters arrived, they say two people were seen fleeing the scene.
Police say several vehicles were caught in the fire, resulting in nearly $15,000 of damage.
It is said by police the van was stolen, but have not confirmed if the suspects were the ones that stole the vehicle.
Officers say the two suspects, a man and a woman, entered the hotel before leaving.
The woman is described as being between 20 and 40 years old with straight dark or brown hair and a pronounced jaw.
Anyone with information about this incident or the identity of the woman is asked to call police at 403-266-1234 or leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
