QE II collision leaves man dead

A crash on the Queen Elizabeth Highway Saturday has left one man dead.
According to the RCMP, officers were called to the area just north of Highway 581 at 6:13 a.m.
When they arrived, they found a 25-year-old man from Red Deer who was pronounced dead.

Mounties have not released any further details.
Traffic had been redirected for the investigation. However, the road has since reopened.
