Multi-vehicle crash closes Highway 2 near Crossfield: Alberta RCMP

Alberta RCMP say a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 2 on Township Road 285 near Crossfield closed the two roads Friday.
It happened just after 6:30 p.m., and 511 Alberta says all lanes are closed for now.

Airdrie Mounties say there are “unknown injuries at this time.”
No word on how long the roads will be closed, but commuters should expect delays and use an alternate route.
Calgary police are also warning people not to travel unless they need to.
“Our officers are currently responding to multiple collisions throughout #yyc due to winter conditions, including on Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail,” officers said in a tweet.
