Charges laid against Calgary woman for assault: Chestermere RCMP

Chestermere RCMP laid assault charges against a Calgary woman on Wednesday.

Mounties say the assault happened at Chestermere City Hall on Jan. 26.

Fifty-six-year-old Kim Leanne Wallace of Calgary was arrested and charged with assault.

The exact details of the assault have not been released, and RCMP say no more information will be shared.

Wallace has been released on conditions and is awaiting a court appearance at Strathmore provincial court.
