The case is set to return to court at the end of the month — June 30 — for the judge’s decision.

Police have said women allege they were approached by a man before being drugged and taken to another location where they were physically and sexually assaulted.

Mantha was charged after officers cordoned off a property near Chestermere in April and brought in cadaver dogs.

Police said at the time, no bodies were found.
