Around 1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 24, police say the girls were riding in tandem on an e-scooter on a sidewalk along Cranberry Road southeast next to the Sobeys.
As the girls approached the parking lot entrance they were hit by a man turning into the entrance in a silver-grey SUV.
The driver got out to check on the girls, who had minor injuries.
The man then returned to his vehicle and continued into the parking lot.
Investigators are asking for the driver of the SUV, witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
