Deadline fast approaching to send holiday cards and packages through Canada Post

The time is fast approaching to get those holiday cards and packages in the post so that they arrive in time for Christmas.

Canada Post says Friday is the last day to mail cards nationally by regular mail, Monday is the last day if you’re sending within the province, and Tuesday if the envelope is headed to someone local.

There’s a little more wiggle room when it comes to packages — Monday is the last day to send them across the country, and Tuesday is the last day to send locally and provincially.
