61-year-old woman dead in multi-vehicle crash in southern Alberta

A woman is dead following a multi-vehicle crash on a rural highway in southern Alberta.
Coaldale RCMP say they responded to a serious crash Wednesday morning on Highway 845, south of Highway 519, northeast of Lethbridge.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision, according to police.
A 61-year-old woman from Foothills County was pronounce dead at the scene. There is no word on any other injuries.
The highway was temporarily closed for the investigation but has since reopened.
