A Southern Alberta educational assistant is facing child pornography charges, RCMP said Thursday.
Airdrie RCMP arrested a man on Wednesday after what it calls a “complex six-month long investigation” into a sexual interference case.
Crossfield resident Thijs Gordon Vogelzang is now facing a charge of sexual interference, possession of child pornography, and making child pornography.
The 43-year-old was taken into custody and was set to appear in Airdrie court today.
