History was made at the 2024 CPKC Women’s Open in Calgary at Earl Grey Golf Club.
American Lauren Coughlin won her first LPGA title after she posted a 13-under, a two-stroke edge on rookie Mao Saigo. Coughlin, the 31-year-old from Minneapolis, earned her maiden title in her 103rd start on the Tour.

Brooke Henderson was the top Canadian. She finished 6-under and is now headed to Paris, along with Alena Sharp, to join Team Canada at the Olympics.
“The crowds have been truly great all week,” Henderson said with a smile. “It’s hard to describe how much the love and support mean to me. It’s such an amazing feeling. I can’t thank everyone enough for coming to the event. I’m very proud to be Canadian, and any time I can make Canadians proud, it’s really cool. To feel that love is phenomenal.”
Laurence Applebaum, the CEO of Golf Canada, said it’s been a wonderful tournament in Calgary. “Nothing short of exceptional,” he stated during a media availability on Sunday.
