Calgary police are investigating after a person was found dead in the city’s northeast Monday.

Investigators say around 9:40 p.m., officers were called to the 0 to 100 block of Cityside Manor NE for reports of a person in medical distress.

When police arrived on scene, they found one person dead.

The investigation is in its early stages and few details are available at this time.
