The former president and CEO of the Art Gallery of Calgary has pleaded guilty to defrauding her employers of $100,000.
Valerie Cooper ran the gallery from 2004-2012.
An investigation began after several people game forward with allegations about fabricated invoices.
Cooper was originally charged with six counts of fraud, and one count each of theft, mischief, obstruction and falsifying documents, but the rest of the charges were withdrawn.
Cooper will be sentenced July 24.
