Gaps in disaster funding a concern for many

Residents in Canmore, Exshaw and Lac Des Arcs whose homes were destroyed by flooding are concerned about gaps in disaster assistance.
Provincial officials said vacation homes will not be covered by the disaster recovery program.
The Calgary Herald reports, only primary residences will get funding to help re-build.
There are also questions from residents who lost their backyards to erosion.
Dozens of properties along Cougar Creek in Canmore, and another 120 in Exshaw suffered severe damage.
