Nenshi says Enmax CEO in the wrong

Mayor Naheed Nenshi doesn’t like the way Enmax’s CEO reacted to recent controversy surrounding his pay and perks.
Gary Holden sent out an internal email suggesting he may take legal action against the person who leaked details about his salary and parties to the media.
Nenshi says he has spoken with the chair of Enmax’s board of governors.
“I’m not sure that would be the memo I would have sent if I was in that position,” says Nenshi, “what people really needed to hear was how these issues were being dealt with and how they’re moving forward,”
Nenshi says when it comes to the parties with rock stars, if Holden didn’t want the information to get out, he shouldn’t have been involved in it.
