Calgary landmark restaurant shutting down

It’s the end of an era for any salad bar fan.
Mother Tuckers is closing its doors after nearly 35 years in business.
In a statement, the company says it will be serving it’s final prime rib dinners on January 2nd.
The restaurant on 10th Avenue S.W. is well known to long-time Calgarians, mainly because of their salad bar buffet.
