According to a new Angus Reid poll, when it comes to love, Alberta was more likely to use pick up lines than any other province.
The survey also showed Albertans are a “romantic bunch” when it comes to Valentine’s Day, with 22 percent of us planning a hot date for today.
The owner of Bernard Callebaut chocolates tells the Calgary Sun, the people who come in on the 15th of February, one day after valentine’s, usually buy the biggest box of chocolates.
He adds it’s usually because at that point they’re in big trouble with their mates.
