Rouge makes top 100 list

Calgary’s Rouge Restaurant has made the list of the world’s top 100 restaurants according to the S. Pellegrino World’s Best Restaurants.

Rouge came in at number 60.

“We are lucky to have a talented group of people – including our executive Chef Michael Dekker and Co-Owner Olivier Reynaud who put in a lot of blood, sweat and tears to always present the best dining opportunity possible to our guests,” said Chief Culinary Officer, Paul Rogalski after receiving the award.

“Rouge is driven by innovative cuisine that doesn’t forget the story behind the ingredients. We are always looking for new ways to present and enjoy our offerings.”

Rogalski was in London, England Monday to receive the award for Rouge Restaurant.
