Tuscany homes selling fast in 2010

Tuscany is now Calgary’s hottest neighbourhood.

That’s at least according to home sales.

The northwest community has had more “sold” signs on front lawns this year than any other city neighbourhood.

The Calgary Herald reports 220 houses have sold there so far in 2010.

There could be plenty more, because there are 165 active listings in Tuscany right now.

Realtors say the nearby Crowfoot C-Train, mountain views and plenty of schools close by make living in Tuscany an easy sell.
