A Calgary police officer has been suspended for a second time.
Travis Dunkle has been suspended without pay and could face further disciplinary action.
CTV reports Dunkle was charged with impaired driving early last year, but was found not guilty of the charges.
But he did recently fail a urine test, which is against the conditions of his employment.
He’ll be given the chance to defend himself at an upcoming hearing.
Dunkle’s fate is ultimately in the hands of the city’s police chief, who will take recommendations from the hearing.
