Problem with 2012 draw

Those waiting to find out if they were selected to buy tickets for next year’s World Juniors, may have to wait a little longer.

The Host Committee announced Wednesday that they have extended the deadline until noon on Thursday for the priority ticket draw.

They’re encouraging anyone who might have experienced a problem to register before the new deadline.

A problem with Hockey Canada’s website is being blamed for the delay.

The 2012 tournament will be held in Edmonton and Calgary next year with the medal round at the Saddledome.
