The Calgary Stampeders were back in action Friday to kick-off their off-season basketball program with a game against the kids at Clarence Sansom Junior High.
But, back to football, who are the locals cheering on in the big game south of the border?
Stampeder Juwann Simpson is a “cheese head”. The all-star linebacker says come Sunday, it’s Green Bay all the way.
Simpson signed on as a free agent with the Packers out of college, and is good friends with players on the team.
Running back Jon Cornish predicts the Steelers will win. But, he won’t be tuning in, because he tells 660News, he doesn’t watch sports.
