WestJet wins customer service award

WestJet has been named a J.D. Power 2011 Customer Service champion.

The local company is among the top five per cent of the 800 companies evaluated in 20 industries.

The award is based on customer feedback and surveys conducted by J.D. Power last year.

Other companies on the list include: Cadillac, Eddie Bauer, Four Seasons, Lexus and Jaguar.
