Three men arrested for the 2008 murder of Juan Carlos Dequina

Three men are in custody facing charges of first degree murder in connection to the 2008 death of Juan Carlos Dequina.

Two were arrested at separate locations in Calgary, while the third was arrested in B.C. by RCMP and has since been returned to Calgary.

Police found Dequina’s body in his vehicle early in the morning on December 14th, 2008 near the Tsuu T’ina reserve at the intersection of 53rd Street and 146th Avenue southwest.

The names of the accused will not be released until Thursday morning when they are expected to appear before a judge.
