Calgary office vacancy rate drops

There’s less office space available for rent in Calgary than there was at this time last year.
CB Richard Ellis is out with a report pointing to a “spectacular” first quarter for Calgary commercial real estate.
The city’s office space vacancy rate went down to 12 per cent in the first three months of 2011.
That’s compared to 15 per cent in the first quarter of 2010.
