Hockey Alberta is addressing head shots and concussions in the game at its Annual General Meeting.
President Rob Letwinski tells 660News they have talked with medical and equipment experts to make Friday night’s session on head injuries complete.
Letwinski adds that they are providing enough information for members to make informed decisions.
Other topics include athlete development, cyber bullying and respect in sports.
The AGM is being held in Red Deer and ends on Sunday.
