Bee truck crashes near Camrose

A highway near Camrose was all a-buzz following a crash involving a truck carrying bees.
RCMP closed a section of Highway 13 for a number of hours Thursday morning following the crash in order to clean up the bees.
Ken Crebbin, the president of the Calgary and District Bee Keepers Association tells 660News there are ways to capture the bees.
“The bees in the area possibly would go back to a bait hive, or put an established hive there, cause they’re looking for the pheromone from a queen.”
Crebbin says the bees aren’t likely dangerous, unless you provoke them.
