Public warned after high risk offender is released

Police are warning the public about the release of a high risk offender who’s known to use several aliases.

52 year-old Henri Jean Rusk was released on Friday after serving a 60 day sentence for breach of conditions.

Rusk has a history of violent offences against women who were either strangers or met the 52 year-old by a chance meeting.

It’s also believed Rusk’s danger level increases after consuming alcohol.

He is currently being monitored by the CPS high risk offender program.

Aliases known to be used by the 52 year-old include,
