Occupy movements across Canada are starting to fade, but now a much bigger threat to the TSX appears to have emerged.
A hacker activist group known as “Anonymous” has posted a viral-video claiming they plan to “erase” the TSX from the internet November 7th in an effort to support the Occupy movement.
The Calgary Sun reports the group has claimed responsibility for hacking into Sony’s main computer system in the past, as well as an operation known as “Darknet” which took down about 40 child porn sites.
