Hotchkiss community in the works

A new community honouring one of Calgary’s best-known philanthropists is being planned for the southeast.
The community of Hotchkiss will be across from Copperfield and will be have about 1,500 homes.
According to The Calgary Sun, the developer, Hopewell Residential Communities, has been partners with the Hotchkiss family since creating the community of Copperfield in 1998.
Groundbreaking is expected in 2014.
Harley Hotchkiss brought the Flames to Calgary and is well known for giving back to the community.
