Baseball game honours murdered players

An annual baseball game is taking on a new name in honour of two teammates shot on the side of Highway 2 in a grizzly triple-murder suicide.

The Calgary Herald reports the Tanner Craswell and Mitch Maclean Memorial Game goes in Lethbridge just after 7 p.m. Wednesday between the Lethbridge Bulls and the Vauxhall Academy of Jets.

The young men were gunned down, along with Tabitha Stepple, by her ex-boyfriend in the early morning hours of December 15th.

Shayna Conway, 21, survived.
