Two men rescued after dangling from a downtown building

Two people were hanging from a building at 7th Avenue and 7th Street southwest Monday morning.
It happened around 11:00 and the fire department’s Rope Rescue Team was called into action.
The pair were working on a swing stage when one side let go and they ended up hanging from their ropes. There was no risk of them falling to the street below.
