Dog attack in the Southeast

There’s been another incident of dog bites in Calgary.

A four-year-old Doberman cross got out of its home in the southeast Sunday and Bylaw Services Director Bill Bruce tells 660News its owner called it to come, but it was too late.

He says, “while it was out, it encountered a man, who was moving into a nearby house and approached the man. It did a minor bite, so a shallow nip.”

However, it didn’t end there. The dog then knocked down the man’s wife and bit another woman trying to help. All the injuries were minor.

Charges are now pending and the owner has quarantined the dog inside the home.
