Road Rage assault on QEII Highway

Mounties are on the hunt for a suspect in a road rage assault on the QE-II near Innisfail Wednesday night.
Shortly before 8:30 p.m., authorities were called to the highway near Gasoline Alley where the driver of a southbound pick-up truck forced a transport truck off the road.
The driver of the pick-up got out of his vehicle, punched through the driver’s side window of the transport truck and continued to attack the driver before quickly fleeing the scene.
RCMP are now looking for a Caucasian male between 25- and 30-years-old, approximately 5’9″ who may be driving a dark coloured Ford Super-Duty extended cab pickup.
