Calgary climber dies in B.C.

A Calgary climber was killed Monday after falling from Mount Robson in Eastern British Columbia.
The victim has been named as 35-year-old Bradley Charles Joyce, an experienced climber.
Joyce was reportedly crossing a snow bridge with another man when it gave way and he fell into a crevasse and smothered by a small avalanche. According to The Calgary Herald, His climbing partner was not injured and was able to call for help.
Joyce’s body was recovered late Monday afternoon and the B.C.’s coroner’s office says they will continue to investigate.
This comes less than a week after an experienced 71-year-old climber plunged to his death in Mount Robson Provincial Park.
