The city’s snow and ice plan

The city of Calgary is expanding what it considers “priority one” routes for snow and ice removal.
Any marked, on street bike routes will now be considered a high priority for the city and will be cleared first.
There will be no changes to the snow route parking bans from last year, but officials urge Calgarians to take steps to make sure they know when a ban is coming into effect.
The city will again have a smart phone app to let you know when parking bans are enacted.
