Dr. Levin guilty on three counts of sexual assault

A jury has found city psychiatrist Doctor Aubrey Levin guilty on three counts of sexual assault against male patients.But jurors have found Levin not guilty of two counts, and a mistrial has been declared on four other counts.
Levin stood quietly Monday evening when the verdict was read, showing no reaction.
The Crown is now seeking a jail sentence of up to seven years.
Sentencing arguments will be on Wednesday and Levin will be free on bail until then.
New trial dates for the mistrials will be set in March.
The 74-year-old psychiatrist was accused of molesting nine male patients who had been assigned to him through the courts between 1999 and 2010.
