Transitway talks postponed

A debate over a list of city transit priorities that ranked a Southeast Transitway at the very bottom has been delayed until next month.

The Calgary Sun reports, Alderman Shane Keating has convinced the Transportation and Transit Committee to take a longer look at the report.

The ranking was based on a cost-benefit analysis of seven different Transitway projects.

The item will come back to committee for discussion on July 24.
