Klochinsky in court for bail hearing

The man accused in the death of peace officer Rod Lazenby is set to appear in court Wednesday morning.

Trevor Klochinsky was arrested last August 10th, the day police say he killed the retired RCMP officer, who was investigating a dog complaint.

It’s alleged Klochinsky laid in wait for Lazenby and attacked him when he came on the property in Priddis.

The hearing will determine if Klochinsky will be released on bail while he awaits trial.
